Playing at jazzahead! 2026 and professional participant registration

Jazzahead! will take place in Bremen, Germany, from April 22nd to 25th, 2026. As always, Buma Cultuur / inJazz will host the regular inJazz booth at Jazzahead! 2026.

The world’s largest jazz fair has focused heavily on contemporary Dutch jazz in recent years, with the 2024 country-focused edition as a highlight, and a successful first edition of the Kaleidoscope Clubnight last year.

Register as a professional participant and enjoy a discount at jazzahead!

To have a chance to apply for a showcase, you must first register as a visitor to jazzahead! 2026. As a Dutch citizen, or as a foreign artist living and working in the Netherlands, you will receive a discount on your registration if you complete the following steps. This procedure also applies to any professional who wants to join the Dutch booth at jazzahead! 2026. The term co-exhibitor has been discontinued as of this year. From this year on, every participant is a ‘professional participant’.

  1. Go to the registration form for professional participants.
  2. If you don’t yet have an account with jazzahead!, register as a new user. If you have an account from previous years, log in directly to the new jazzahead! website.
  3. The booth number of the umbrella booth inJazz is ‘tba‘ and the contact person is Mark van Schaick.
  4. The discount code GE26RA can be entered in the last step, just before payment. The price will then be reduced from €190 to €152 (+19% VAT). Prices are increasing, so booking early is worthwhile.

  6. After registering as a professional participant, you can find the participant portal here.
Apply for a showcase

After registration you can also register your band for a chance to obtain a showcase spot at jazzahead! 2026. Registration for this is via the Participants portal. There you choose the correct registration links in the ‘Submissions’ section.

Van 22 – 25 april 2026 vindt jazzahead! plaats in Bremen (DE). Zoals altijd zal Buma Cultuur / inJazz op jazzahead! 2026 weer de reguliere inJazz stand verzorgen.

De grootste jazzbeurs ter wereld heeft de laatste jaren veel aandacht besteed aan actuele jazz van Nederlandse bodem, met de landenfocus-editie van 2024 als hoogtepunt, en een succesvolle eerste editie van de Kaleidoscope Clubnight, afgelopen jaar.

Meld je aan als professional participant, kom met korting naar jazzahead!

Wil je kans maken op een showcase, dan dien je je eerst te registreren als bezoeker van jazzahead! 2026. Als Nederlander, of als buitenlandse artiest woon- en werkzaam in Nederland, krijg je korting op je aanmelding als je de volgende stappen doorloopt. Deze procedure geldt ook voor iedere professional die zich wil aansluiten bij de Nederlandse stand op jazzahead! 2026. De term co-exhibitor is per dit jaar vervallen. Iedere deelnemer is vanaf dit jaar een ‘professional participant’.

  1. Ga naar het inschrijfformulier voor professional participants
  2. Als je nog geen account hebt bij jazzahead! registreer je je als nieuwe gebruiker. Heb je een account van voorgaande jaren, dan log je direct in op de nieuwe website van jazzahead!
  3. Het standnummer van de overkoepelende stand inJazz is ‘tba‘ en de contactpersoon is Mark van Schaick.
  4. De kortingscode GE26RA kan worden ingevoerd in de laatste stap vlak voor de betaling. De prijs wordt dan verlaagd van € 190 naar € 152 (+ 19% BTW). De prijzen lopen op, dus vroeg boeken loont.
  5. De deelname- en annuleringsvoorwaarden voor participants vind je hier.
  6. Na je registratie als professional participant kun je hier het deelnemersportaal vinden.
Aanmelden voor een showcase

Na registratie kun je jouw band ook aanmelden om kans te maken op een showcase op jazzahead! 2026. Aanmelding hiervoor gaat via de Participants portal. Daar kies je voor de juiste aanmeldlinks in de sectie ‘Submissions’.
