So you want fair pay?

It’s been two years since Platform ACCT introduced the fair pay salary structure for musicians and composers in jazz, world, contemporary. With a round table talk between artists, programmers, and the researcher responsible for the analysis of this specific market, we will discover how fair pay works in 2026, what are the comments on Platform ACCT’s tariff guidelines, and how these hold up against the still quite prominent ‘Sena norm’.
